摘要
采用鲎试验法检测丽参注射液中热原。经增强／抑制试验证明样品的６倍稀释液对鲎试剂无干扰。并与家兔法作了比较，认为堂试验法可作为丽参注射液热原的初检方法。
The pyrogen in Lishen injection was detected by limulus test. By using enhancement/inhibition test, it was found that the sixfold diluted solution of the sample was not interfered by the limu-lus reagent. Comparing with the rabbit pyrogen test, the limulus test may be used as a preliminary test forthe detection of pyrogen in Lishen injection.
