摘要
在网络环境下读者的需求及行为特征已发生显著变化,并向个性化方向转变,图书馆面临着生存的危机,服务模式的创新就显得非常紧迫。图书馆应适应网络时代的要求,构建个性化服务平台,拓展个性化服务模式,提高图书馆的服务效益,促进图书馆事业的繁荣和发展。
This paper discusses that under the circumstance of internet, great changes have taken place in readers＇ requirements and their behavioral characteristics. They are turning to a direction of individuation. Facing the crisis of existence, it＇s urgent for a library to innovate new service modes. A library should try to meet the requirements of the internet era, build platforms and develop more new service modes for individuals so as to increase the service efficiency and to accelerate the prosperity and development of the library.
