摘要个人数字图书馆是数字图书馆用户服务的一种具体表现形式,文章讨论了实现个人数字图书馆服务的技术支持手段,并介绍了国内外实施情况,指出发展我国个人数字图书馆服务应注意的几个问题。 This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of individual digital library, discusses the digital technology, privacy policy, copyright protection, network resource security and user education in the individual digital library.
