摘要
本研究采用Ｃｏｘ模型综合分析了２２７例颊癌患者的资料，结果发现众多临床病理指标都与颊癌者的预后有一定关系。经多元筛选后，与预后关系最为密切的是淋巴结转移情况和肿瘤生长前沿细胞特征（角化程度、核分裂数、浸润方式、淋巴浆细胞浸润及ＩＣＧ分级）。
e studied all the squamous cell carcinomas of buccal mucosa registered in Stomatology college of WCUMS between 1978 and 1988.For the accepted 227 cases,clinical and histopathologic features were reviewed.all the data was analysed by Cox's multivarlate model for prognosis analysis.Through stepwise regression,we got factors which have the closest relat ionship with prognosis of carcinoma in the cheek.They are lymph node metastasis and histopathologic features of invasive cells of tumors(degree of kerat inization,number of mitoses,pattern of invasion,lymphoplasmacytic infiltration and ICG grading).
