Determination of Sorbic Acid and Benzoic Acid in Beverage by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography with Splitless Injecting samples

摘要 目的研究一个新的气相色谱法测定山梨酸和苯甲酸。方法采用不分流/分流进样模式,FFAP毛细管作色谱分离柱、丙酮作溶解提取物溶剂,对饮料中山梨酸和苯甲酸进行测定。结果线性范围为25-300μg/ml,相关系数都大于0.999;山梨酸和苯甲酸的检出限分别为0.813μg/ml和0.606μg/ml;样品3次平行测定的相对标准偏差均小于6.42%;回收率均在87.0%-97.8%范围内。 A novel method was studied for the determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in beverage by gas chromatography with FID, using splitless/split mode of injecting samples, FFAP capillapy as chromatography separating column and acetone as solvent dissolving extraction leavings. The linear range is 25-300μg/rrd. The correlation coefficients were better than 0. 999. The limits of detection were 0. 813μg/ml for sorbic acid and 0. 606μg/ml for benzoic acid. The relative standard deviations for triple analyses samples were not higher than 6.42%, The recoveries were all above 87.0% and below 97. 8%.
