摘要
目的研究翻白草对糖尿病大鼠胰岛B细胞的作用。方法采用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,自造模成功后,灌胃给予翻白草水煎液,连续给药4周,常规取材、固定、切片,采用醛品红法染色,镜下观察。结果翻白草组大鼠胰岛边界清楚,B细胞数量较正常对照组略有减少,但较模型对照组密度高,细胞结构完整,无肿胀坏死现象。结论翻白草能有效保护胰岛B细胞。
Objective： The research turns over the function of Potentilla discolour bunge（PDB） on the pancreatic islet B cells of the DM rat. Methods： The rats were done into diabetic model by injected alloxan, and then the rats were perfused a stomach with PDB decoction for 4 weeks continuously. The pancreatic islet B cells were stained with aldehyde fuchsine. Results：It shows that the boundary of pancreatic islet of the PDB group rats is clear, that the cell structure is complete,and that there is no the putrescence phenomenon. Conclusion; PDB can protect effectively the pancreatic islet B cells.
