摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取、顶空分离前处理方法及气相色谱-质谱联用分析鉴定技术,对不同种植密度与施肥水平组合生产的原烟进行了定量测定,并对其主要化学成分和鲜叶的腺毛密度也做了测定,结果表明:密度与施肥对香味物质的成分与含量、主要化学成分和腺毛密度都具有一定影响,以A2B2处理的较好,其次是A2B3,A1B2和A1B3.因此,在当地TN86以种植密度18000株/hm2,施氮300?/hm2,N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶11∶.5的栽培组合,有利于烟叶香吃味的形成.
The density of gland trichome and main chemical composition in burley tobacco of density and fertilizer application differently were determined with simultaneous distillation and extraction, headspace separate and GC/ MS. The results showed that density and fertilizers application had a certain effect on the flavor content and composition, main chemical composition and gland trichome of density. Treatment with A2B2 was better, next were A2B3, AtB2 and AtB3. The results showed that local burley tobacco variety TN86 were 18 000 / hm^2 by density, N application by 300kg/hm^2 and N: P2O5:K2O = 1: 1: 1.5, which improve aroma and taste of burley tobacco leaf.
