摘要
针对投产初期铜综合回收率低、铜精矿水分大等问题,调整了重、浮选工艺流程,采用了CLF—4型粗颗粒浮选机和BK—201新型起泡剂,并对浮选精矿浓缩-过滤工艺设备进行了技术改造,使铜回收率提高16.35个百分点。同时提出了进一步提高铜回收率的几项措施。
To solve the problems of low comprehensive recovery of copper and high moisture ofcopper concentrate in early production period,the gravity separation and flotation technological flowsheet was readjusted.CLf 4 flotation cells for coarse particle ores and BK 201 new frother were applied and the technical transformation was made on the thickening and filtering equipment for flotatlonconcentrates,as a result,the copper recovery was improved by 16.35%.Meanwhile,several measures forfarther improving the copper recoverywere suggested.
