摘要
论述了原浮选工艺及设备存在的缺陷,介绍了新系统采用的设备及特点,对技术改造前后的选别指标进行了比较。改造后的系统处理矿石能力增加50%,回收率上升8.5%,达到了扩能技改的目的。
In this paper, the flaws existed in the original processing flow and machinery of flotation are pointed, the machinery in new system and their characteristics have been inducted, the technical indexes and economic benefit before and after improvement are compared. After remoulding, the ability add 50% and the rate of recovery rise up 8.5%, the target of expanding ability and technical remoulding has been achieved.
