摘要
毕业设计是综合检验大学生大学期间学习质量的一个重要训练环节,占有相当重要的地位.本文分析了造成大学生毕业设计与就业之间矛盾的原因,提出了分散式毕业设计、校外毕业设计实习基地的建立、就业指导体系的完善、就业和毕业分开操作等4条解决毕业设计与就业之间矛盾的措施.
Graduate project is an important training stage aimed at testing as a whole undergraduate learning effectiveness in university. In this paper, the causes of conflicts between graduate project and employment is analyzed.Four countermeasures, i. e. , decentralizing graduate project, establishing off-campus base of graduate project, improving employment guidance system and separating employment from graduate, are proposed to ease the conflicts.
