缺陷及湿热环境对复合材料层压板力学性能的影响 被引量:1

INFLUENCE OF FLAWS AND HYGROTHERMAL- ENVIRONMENT ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE LAMINATES

摘要 选取3种典型铺层厚度复合材料层压板模拟件,采用压缩试验的方法研究了分层缺陷对应力应变响应曲线的影响及湿热环境下不同吸湿率对层压板静压缩强度的影响.结果表明;分层缺陷对不同厚度层压板应力应变曲线的影响主要出现在高应力阶段;在湿热环境下当吸湿率大于某一值时.复合材料层压板的压缩强度会明显下降. By compression tests, the influences of delamination flaws on the strain vs stress curve and the effect of hygrothermal environment on static compression strength were analyzed with three typical different thicknesses specimens containing delamination flaws. The results showed that the influences of delamination flaws on the curve of strain/stress appear especially in the high stress stage, and the compression strength of the composite laminates can be reduced in hytrothermal-environments obviously when the moisture content of the laminates is beyond certain value.
