摘要
本文研究WK型溃散剂在CO_2法水玻璃砂中的各种性能。研究表明,它大幅度地降低了水玻璃在1200℃以内的残留强度,提高了溃散性,且在CO_2即时硬化强度、CO_2—加热硬化强度、硬化后的存放强度等方面均有明显改善.该砂在存放24小时和48小时后的吸湿率很低。经研究证实,WK型溃散剂在CO_2法水玻璃砂中的应用性能能满足生产上的需要,并节约能源,节简烘模工艺.
It is gived the properties of CO_2-sodium silicate sand by adding WK-breakdown agent. The results show that the retained strength of sodioum-silicate sand is greatly degreased under 1200℃ , the collapsibility is better. Also there are many improvements in right-now hard strenght, heated hard strenght, left strength. The tests show the sand stated above use little energy, and meet the needs of production.
