摘要
综合考虑运输、库存、设施、服务质量等决策因素,建立了整车物流网络规划集成优化模型.针对由工厂、集货中心和分销中心构成的基本物流网络,提出了用于运输路径优化的流预测算法,并嵌入到遗传算法,解决了适应值的计算难点.给出了基于流预测的遗传算法求解框架,通过实例分析了运输规模效应、库存控制策略、服务质量指标等因素对物流网络结构设计方案的影响.
An integrated optimization model for automobile logistics network design is presented, which provides an integrated view of transportation, inventory and facility costs as well as service quality. In order to find a minimumcost flow patterns on a network composed of plants, consolidation centers and distribution centers with concave transportation costs, a flow prediction algorithm is presented. This algorithm is embedded in genetic algorithm to solve the difficultly of transportation cost between plants and distribution centers in the fitness value. Solution frame of the genetic algorithm based on the flow prediction is illustrated. A case study shows the effectivenees of the proposed algorithm. The nange of possible solution varying with eritical model parameters is analyzed.
