P5焊条焊接Cr5Mo钢管取消焊后热处理可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用P5焊条焊接Cr5Mo耐热钢,旨在研究预热和焊后热处理对熔合区组织性能、接头残余应力分布和高温持久拉伸性能的影响,以及熔合区的碳迁移发展规律。结果表明,此类异质接头焊接时,最佳预热温度为300℃左右;预热对残余应力分布的影响不大,焊后高温回火并不能消除或降低残余应力,只能使其重新分布;焊接接头存在碳迁移现象,但不严重;在一定温度范围内,焊接接头的持久强度就是母材的持久强度,预热可使持久强度提高,焊后高温回火后反而降低。 The goal of the research on Cr5Mo heat-resistant steel welded with P5electrode was to determine the effect of preheating and PWHT on microstructures andproperties of fusion zone,the residual stress distribution and the elevated temperatureenduring tensile properties in welded joints and the pattern of carbon migration infusion zone,The results of the research are as follows:the optimum preheatingtemperature for welding dissimilar steels was about 300 ℃ ,preheating had little effecton the distribution of residual stress; the high temperature post-weld tempering did notrelieve or reduce residual stress but did redistribute residual stress;there was somecarbon migration in weld joint but it was not significant, during 500~600 ℃,theenduring strength of welded joint was equivalant of base metal;preheating couldimprove the enduring strength but PWFHT could not.
