摘要
以60Co不同剂量对小苍兰不同大小种球辐射处理,结果发现:随着辐射剂量增强,使小苍兰植株生长量逐渐降低,花期推迟,开花率降低。红色品种的Est同工酶对辐射敏感,但黄色和紫色品种不敏感。5 000 R剂量可以使小苍兰产生的损伤作用在M1代表现出来。
The corms of Freesia were irradiated with ^60 Co at different doses. The growth of Freesia decreased with the increase in ^60Co irradiation dose. The esterase isozyme ( Est enzyme) of the red-flower variety seemed to be sensitive to irradiation while that of the yellow-flower and purple-flower varieties was not. The effect of irradiation was expressed in the M1 s when the dose of ^60Co irradiation was 5 000 R.
