根据异型钢管的不同品种，选择合理生产方式，保证产品质量，减少工艺过程中消耗，可以取得直接经济效益，采用改进润滑、光亮热处理、以精密焊管代替无缝钢管生产异型管等措施，使异型钢管生产朝着多品种、低成本、高尺寸精度和高表面质量的方向发展。
According to different variety of shaped steel tubes, the driect economicbenefit can be obtained by selecting reasonable manufacturing method,ensuring product quality and decreasing consumption in the production. Adopting measures of improving lubrication,bright heat treatment, replacing seamless steel tube with precision welded ones and others enables manufacture of shaped steel tube to trend toward more varietics, lower cost, higher accu racy and surface finish.
