摘要
本文对精密焊管连续拉拨机这种新型装备的开发研究中,必须解决的几个技术关键问题:诸如提高动态性能与拉拨速度、确定拉拔力、改进传动凸轮设计、钳口结构、工艺涧滑、以及焊管机与拉拨机间的同步等问题作了分析。
The main technical problems in the development of continuous drawing machine of pre- cision-welded tube,such as the improvemet of dynamic characteristic and drawing speed, the determination of drawing force,the improvement of driving cam design and princer structure,the adoption of proper lubricating technique and the synchronism of tube-welding machine with drawing machine,have been analyzed.
