摘要
南美白对虾育苗期间(尤其是糠虾幼体期)常常遇到发粘致死现象(发粘病)。本实验把发生了发粘病的育苗池水作为实验菌液,添加到实验对象中,持续时间2周。结果表明,添加了试验液的对象在8~11天出现粘性悬浮物;病原菌、温度和剧烈充气是本病发生的关键因素。
White shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) larva, specially Mysis larva, would die when they are caught by sticky matters. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the cause by taking the water from the seeding pond occurring sticky disease as test liquid, and adding it into the experiment samples. It lasted for 2 weeks.Sticky substances would be found floating in this experiment after adding the test liquid 8 to 11 days. The resuh showed that pathogenic bacteria, temperature and intense inflation were the most important factors that cause this disease.
