摘要
以自配的复合维生素、复合微量元素和复合生物活性添加剂为试验因素,采用3因素5水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,平分成21个组,得到15种使用水平组合及其15种试验日粮,进行49 d饲养肉鸡试验。结果表明:采食9号日粮第9组试鸡胸肌中EAA和TAA含量最高,均值为8.35%、21.00%,比对照组提高了12.53%和9.15%(P﹤0.01);FAA较高,均值为7.61%,比对照组提高了12.07%(P﹤0.01)。各添加剂在鸡饲粮中的最佳添加量分别是复合维生素2 374.978 mg.kg-1(VA 6 032.103 IU.kg-1,VE 361.934、VC 402.130、VH 0.606 mg.kg-1);复合微量元素4 476.420 mg.kg-1(Fe 120.639、Cu140.754、Mn 180.967、Cr 1.212、Zn 221.18、Se 0.298 6 mg.kg-1);复合生物活性物质890.581 mg.kg-1(甜菜碱1 173.014、大蒜素33.842 mg.kg-1)。
By means of universal rotational combinational design with three-factor and five-level quadratic regression, 630 one-day-old avian broilers were divided equally to 21 groups (the Group 21 as the control group) .The self developed compound vitamins, microelements and bioactive additives were taken as experimental factors for 49 days by 15 combinations of application levels and 15 experimental diets. The results showed that the chest muscle of broilers tested in Group IX fed with diet No.IX contained the highest essential amino acids with a mean of 8.35%,the highest total amino acids with a mean of 21.00% and higher flavor amino acids with a mean of 7.61%, which were better than the figures of the control group by 12.53%,9.15% and 12.07% ,respectively (P〈0.01). The optimum amounts of additives for broiler feed were 2374.978mg·kg^-1 compound vitamins (VE 361.934 mg·kg^-1,VC 402.130 mg·kg^-1,VA 6032.103IU·kg^-1,VH 0.606 mg·kg^-1); 4476.420 mg·kg^-1 compound microelements (Fe 120.639,Cu 140.754Mn 180.967,Cr 1.212,Zn 221.18,Se 0.2986 mg·kg^-1); and 890.581mg·kg^-1 compound bioactive suhstances (Betaine 1173.014, allitridum 33.842mg·kg^-1).
