摘要
清代两湖平原的社仓的设置与分布、仓谷来源、仓政管理等方面的特点和变化,展示了清代两湖平原地区社仓建设的基本情况,这一过程带有明显的时段性。其在基层社会的实践体现了赈灾功能的强弱。
In this article, the author analyzed the characteristics and change of the local barns in place, source of grain and management from different period in Jianghan-Dongting-lake plain in Qing dynasty. She revealed the basic aspects of development of the local barns in this area. Through the article, she wished to reflect the development of the local barns＇ system in central government and its practice in this area in Qing dynasty.
