摘要
本文报告用丽珠肠乐与肝泰乐对照治疗慢性肝炎６０例，其中治疗组３０例，对照组３０例。两组基础治疗相同，对照组用肝泰乐，肌苷片，复合维生素Ｂ。结果，治疗组显效２１例，有效５例，无效４例。对照组显效１３例，有效５例，无效１２例。经统计学处理、治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组在治疗前后血内毒素有明显下降。
Sixty patients suffered from chronic hepatitis were studied.They were divided into two groups-the therapeutic group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The patients in therapeutic group were treated mainly with daily administration of Bifidobiogen for 8 weeks,at the same time,the paticnts in control group were given Gan-Tai-Le. The results indicated that the total effective rate of the therapeutic group was significantly higher than of the control group. Serum endotoxin were descended significantly after the treetment with bifidobiogen.
