摘要
本文通过溶胶凝胶工艺制备了莫来石晶须,采用XRD、SEM、TEM、SADP和EDAX等分析测试技术研究了莫来石晶须的形貌、晶相组成和晶须的成分。结果表明,莫来石晶须是通过气固相反应按位错机理生长的,气相成分的波动可能是部分晶须的轴向不稳定生长、两次生长和其表面出现缺陷的主要原因。
In this paper,the mullite whiskers were prepared by sol-gel process.The morphology, crystalline characteristics and composition of mullite whiskers were studied by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,SADP and EDAX,and so on. The result shows that the growth of mullite whiskers was conducted by the Frank dislocation mechanism through vapor-solid phase reaction,and the fluctuation of the vapor composition may be the main reasons affecting surface disperfection,the disstability growth and the second growth of mullite whiskers.
