摘要
国际经验表明,在一国的经济社会发展进程中,政府规制对软环境的塑造起着至关重要的作用,塑造良好软环境的关键在于政府规制质量的提升。我国政府规制水平较低,经济运行的软环境还不稳定、不完善,软环境治理水平与世界先进水平相距甚远。这要求我们借鉴国际先进经验,根据我国的发展实际,努力提高我国的政府规制质量。
The international experiences have indicated that during the developing process of economic society, government regulation has the crucial function for improving the economic environment. We find that the key to building the better economic environment lies in promoting the quality of government regulation. According to the current situation in China, the key to building a better economic environment lies in promoting the quality of government regulation continuously. Combining the foreign experiences, we put forward policy suggestion on promoting the quality of government regulation to build the better economic environment.
