摘要 抗独特型抗体免疫治疗是肿瘤治疗的新途径。黑色素瘤抗独特型抗体疫苗能模拟肿瘤相关抗原,激发机体的抗肿瘤免疫应答,已在许多动物实验和临床试验中得到证实。现综述抗独特型抗体疫苗在黑色素瘤治疗方面的研究进展。 Immunization with anti-idiotypic antibodies represents a novcl approach to active immunotherapy for tumors. It has been demonstrated that anti-idiotypic antibody vaccines against melanoma can mimic tumor-associated antigens and activate anti-tumor immune responses in many animal models and clinical trials. The research progress in anti-idiotypic antibody vaccines against melanoma is reviewed.
