简述了传统灭活病毒疫苗和减毒活疫苗的应用状况以及新型合成肽疫苗、亚单位疫苗、抗独特型抗体疫苗、基因工程疫苗的研究状况，对核酸疫苗的研究进展。
The application of traditional killed vaccines and live attenuated vaccines, research status of new types of synthetic peptide vaccines, subunit vaccines, antiidiotypic vaccines and genetic engineering recombinant vaccines, and the progress, problems and future development of nucleic acid vaccines are reviewed.
