农业剩余劳动力转移需要有非农就业机会的拉力和农业生产技术的外推力,农业机械化是重要的农业生产技术外推力。农业机械技术装备弥补了农业劳动力转移出去后农业生产中的有效农业劳动力空缺,并为农村非农化和城市化提供充足的劳动力供应。为保证社会稳定,农业机械化推力和非农就业拉力应力求均衡,使农业机械化发展进程与农业劳动力转移进程协调。参3。
The transfer of agricultural surplus labor requires the pull of non-agricultural employment opportunities and extrapolability of agricultural production technique, among which agricultural mechanization is one of the important for agricultural production techniques. Agricultural machinery makes up agricultural labors opening caused by the transfer of agriculture labors and provides enough labor force for non-ruralization and urbanization. In order to ensure social stability, the extrapolability of agricultural mechanization should strive to match the pull of nonagricultural employment opportunities, so that the development progress of agricultural mechanization would coordinate with the transfer progress of farm lair force.
