摘要
使用常规实验仪器评价水平井储层损害并未充分考虑其损害特殊性,国内外研究者一直在探索用于评价水平井储层损害的方法和技术。国外研究者通过设计专用水平井岩心夹持器来研究水平井损害问题,如模拟水平井径向流动条件的实验装置,研究水平井顶部、侧面及底部损害程度的三向多岩心夹持器等。国内研究者在自行研制的高温高压动态损害仪、长岩心评价仪等设备进行损害评价的基础上,又设计了多功能组合损害评价仪,充分考虑了各向异性、时间效应及钻具偏心等因素对水平井钻进过程损害的影响,进一步深化了水平井油气层损害过程和机理的认识。
The researchers home and abroad always looked for damage evaluation technologies for horizontal reservoirs due to no sufficient considerations on the singularity of formation when evaluated by conventional experimental apparatus. The researchers abroad developed special core holders for the horizontal well to determined formation damage such as the experimental apparatus for simulating radial flow of the horizontal well and the triaxial multiple cores holder for determining damage suffered from the top, lateral and bottom of the horizontal well. Except for the dynamic damage evaluation system exposed to HTHP as well as the long core evaluation system, the experts home also developed a multifunctional damage evaluation system which gave a full consideration on the effects of nonisotropy, time and drilling rigs eccentricity on the damage caused by drilling in the horizontal well so that the damage process and mechanism of the horizontal reservoir were understood better.
