摘要
文章从资源开发和利用效率的角度出发,分析了地质条件因素、技术因素和社会经济因素等方面对矿产资源安全性的影响;针对影响因素,从安全性评价、政府监管、企业开发方式、技术应用与管理以及经济效益等方面提出了相应的策略。
This paper is based on exploitation and use ness of source, the factors of geological, technical and social, and so on, which effect the safety of mineral sources, are analyzed. The countermeasures are brought up respectively from the factors, such as safety evaluation, government controlling, manners of corporation＇s exploitation, application and management of technical and economical benefit.
