摘要
在常规西医治疗方法的基础上加鼻饲生大黄粉治疗21例急性胰腺炎(出血坏死型7例,急性水肿型中度14例).7例出血坏死型4例治愈,3例死于多器官功能衰竭;14例中度胰腺炎全部治愈.结果显示大黄有利胆降酶作用,可迅速缓解症状防止病情加重.
The 21 cases of acute pancreatitis (7hemorrhagic necrosis and 14 acute edematous pancre-atitis ) have been treated in routine treatment addedwith nasal feeding rhubarb powder. The result was thatthe 4 were cured and 3 died due to poly -orgnic failureamong the 7 hemorrhagic hecrosis and the 14 cases ofacute edematous pancreatitis were totally cured. Itshowed that rhubarb has the effect of normalizing thesecrtion of pancreatin and can be used to relieve thesymptoms.
