淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症致心房颤动23例临床分析

摘要 目的：探讨淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症致心房颤动的发生率及治疗与转归。方法：回顾分析23例淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症致心房颤动的临床资料。结果：23例患者TT4、FT4均不同程度升高，抗甲状腺药物治疗后7d内转复为窭性心律者3例，7～14d转复为窭性心律者8例，加服乙胺碘呋酮后转复为窦性心律者4例。结论：抗甲状腺药物治疗淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症所致心房颤动，利于窭性心律的转复和维持。
