摘要
目的通过动物模型,了解股骨头坏死后的修复过程。方法应用液氮冷冻股骨头,于不同时相点观察股骨头的病理变化并测定股骨头BMD值。结果冷冻后股骨头呈完全性坏死,修复反应从近端开始,并伴有成骨和骨吸收现象,骨密度不均匀。结论液氮冷冻股骨头坏死模型的修复过程与目前成熟的动物模型相似。此模型适合作为治疗用模型。
Objective To comprehend the repair process of necrotic femoral head through liquid nitrogen. Methods To observe the pathological change and BMD of fermoral frozen by liquid nitrogen in each phase. Results The femoral head was completely necrosis after liquid nitrogen frozen. The repair reaction originated in the proximate. Bone formation and bone resorption were observed. The bone density was uneven. Conclusion Repair process of liquid nitrogen frozen femoral head model is similar to the animal model commonly used. This model fit to therapy.
