摘要
用DOT-ELISA(斑点-酶联免疫吸附试验)对20例斯氏肺吸虫病进行检测,19例阳性反应,阳性检出率为950%,26例对照血清中,12例日本血吸虫病,2例阳性,交叉反应率16.9%.同时,对DOT-ELISA的特异性,敏感性进行研究,32例其他血吸虫病和肺部疾病血清经该法检验,出现交叉反应率为12.5%.24例可疑斯氏肺吸虫血清分别用DOT-ELISA和平板-ELISA检测,阳性总符合率为85.7%.本文认为DOT-ELISA具有较高的特异性、敏感性,成本低,操作简便,观测结果直接,为期氏肺吸虫病免疫诊断的较好方法.
This paper reportes that a dot-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dot-ELISA)was developed for immunediagnosis of 20 cases of Paragonimiasis. The positive rate was 95% (19/20 ). In 26 control sera, including 12 cases of schistosomiasis, 2 cases of schistosomiasis were positive,the cross reaction rate was 16. 7 %. In order to test the sensitivity and specificity of Dot-ELISA, seraof 32 patients, of other flukes infections and pulmonary disecases were detected by this method. Thecross reaction rate was 12. 5%. When compared with ELISA in 24 suspected patients, the positiverates of the two methods were not significantly different (coincident rate of 85. 7% ). Dot-ELISA appears to be sensitive. specific, inexpensive, easy to perform, and stable for immunediagnosis ofParagonimiasis.
