以3-氨基-5-吡唑啉酮为原料,合成了3-羟基-7-氧代-5,6-二氢吡唑[3,4-e]并-1,2,4-三嗪,并对目标物及文献中未见报道的中间体如3-氨基-5-氧代-4-吡唑啉酮腙衍生物等,通过元素分析I、R1、HNMR和质谱分析确定了其结构。
Bromination of 3-amino-5-pyrazolone (1) in glacialacetic acid gave 3-amino-4,4-dibromo-5-pyrazolone(2). 2 Reacted with a series of substituted hydrazines in hot ethanol to afford 3-amino-5-oxo-4- substituted-hydrazono-pyrazole derivatives (3a-3e). 3-Hydroxy-7-oxo-5,6-dihydropyrazolo [3,4-e]-1,2, 4-triazine(4) was formed by cyclization of 4-ethoxyearbonylhydrazone derivative 3a in 5% NaOMe solution.
