摘要
二氧化氯反应器是长效缓释二氧化氯的器具,为观察其释放二氧化氯时间和速率控制效果和杀菌作用,进行了实验室研究。结果,该反应器采用的A组份150g,B组份300g反应剂量,释放率设计为15mg/h,释放二氧化氯的时间可以连续均匀的长达6个月,释放速率保持在15.21—15.01mg/L。试验柜内空气中二氧化氯浓度维持在3mg/L,熏蒸作用3h,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值〉5。含5mg/L二氧化氯水溶液浸泡作用10min,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值〉5。以含100mg/L二氧化氯水溶液作用10min,对枯草杆菌黑色变芽孢杀灭对数值〉5。结论,该二氧化氯反应器可持续均匀缓释6个月,对空气和水中细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢具有比较好的杀灭效果。
Chlorine dioxide reactor is a long - acting extended - release chlorine dioxide device. In order to observe its time of release of chlorine dioxide, efficacy of control of speed and germicidal efficacy, laboratory study was carried out. Results : When 150 g reaction dose of component A and 300 g reaction dose of component B were used in the reactor, and the release rate at 15 mg/h was designed, the time of release of chlorine dioxide could last 6 months continuously at a constant rate of 15.2 - 15.01 mg/L. The chlorine dioxide concentration in air of the test chamber maintained 3 mg/L. The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli exposed to the air of the test chamber for 3 h was 〉 5. Immersion in the water solution containing chlorine dioxide 5 mg/L for 10 min killed E. coli by a logarithm 〉5. The killing logarithm of spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger exposed to the water solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L for 10 min was 〉 5. Conclusion : The chlorine dioxide reactor can release chlorine dioxide continuously, slowly and evenly for 6 months and has relatively good efficacy in killing vegetative forms and spores of bacteria in air and water.
