摘要
作者选择恒牙初期男女患儿30名,随机分成三组。第一组单纯使用支抗弯曲,第二组单纯使用Ⅱ类牵引,等三组合并使用支抗弯曲及Ⅱ类牵引。测出五个月末三组患者前牙覆(牙合)打开的程度。结果显示:第一组咬合打开的均值(mm)为2.94,第二组为2.86,第三组为3.97。方差分析表明第一、二组间打开咬合无显著差别;第一、第二组与第三组间均有显著差别(P<0.01),说明支抗弯与Ⅱ类牵引独立应用于打开咬合效能相对虽低,但作用是肯定的。而联合使用这两种手段是打开咬合的最佳途径。
The purpose of this study was to quantitively evaluate the independent effect of class I elastics and tip-back-bend on correcting deep overbite with Begg technique. 30 cases with early permanent dentition and class I malocclusion were selected and divided into three groups. The cases of the first group were only provided with tip -back-bend, those of the second one were merely fitted with class I elastics' and the third one were allocated both tip-back-bend and class I elastics. The opening degree of deep overbite was measured by the end of fifth month of treatment. The results showed that the deep overbite correction of 3 groups separeatedly were 2. 94, 2. 86 and 3. 97mm , indicating thpt either class I elastics or tip-back-bend has a positive effect on opening deep overbite. The study also suggested that the independent effect c i these two methods could be applied to the clinical practice dealing with the patients whose cephalometric angle between palate plane and mandibular plane are extremely large or small.
