摘要
目的阐明常规移动条野中平面剂量分布的特点,并对其缺点进行改进。方法用电离室法测量水深分别为8cm、10cm、12cm,相当于体厚分别为16cm、20cm、24cm时,中平面中央区及端面区总百分深度量,并分析其总百分深度量。结果移动条野照射技术中平面中央区剂量分布较均匀,而端面区剂量分布相对不均匀。结论应用移动条野照射技术时,对其端面剂量进行补偿是合理和必须的。
Objective To demonstrate dose distribution of regular moving strip technique,and to improve this technique. Methods In water phantom ,the total percent depth dose (PDD) of 8cm,10cm and 12cm were measured with the ionization chamber,it was equal to the body's thick was 16cm,20cm and 24cm.The PDDs were analyzed. Results Dose distribution of moving strip technique was flatness in certral area and in begin-or-end was not. Conclusion When moving strip technique is used, it is necessary to improve the dose in begin-or-end.
