摘要
为了提高无机导电填料的表面亲油性,选择5种偶联剂分别对导电二氧化钛粉体及导电云母粉体进行了表面改性,活化指数评定了改性效果。结果表明,偶联剂NTC401对导电二氧化钛的改性效果较好,合适的用量为7%左右;偶联剂JSC对导电云母的改性效果较好,合适的用量为5%左右,改性后粉体的活化指数均可达90%以上。红外光谱分析表明偶联剂在粉体表面产生了有效吸附,改变了填料的表面性质。
Aiming at improving the lipophilic property of the conductive fillers, surface modification of conductive TiO2 powders and conductive mica powders has been researched by 5 kinds of coupling agents. Activation exponential of powders confirms that 7% NTC401 has good modified effects on conductive TiO2, and 5% JSC has good modified effects on conductive mica, the activation exponential of the powders after surface modified can reach 90%. By analysing of IR spectrum absorption occurs on the surface of the powders and surface property of filler is changed.
