摘要
国内产业集群主要有自发发展起来的和基于“嵌入”而发展起来的两种演化过程,集群演化是经济演化的过程,同时具备组织系统论的自组织变迁规律。实证对比国内两种产业集群的演化过程,发现自发生成的产业集群具备更多的系统演化的规律和特征。然而现实中的区域产业集群战略多是基于“嵌入”的产业发展思维,忽视了系统的演化规律。
There are two types of evolvement inland, one is spontaneous development, the other is development based on embedment. Cluster evolvement is an economy evolvement, and owns discipline of self-organized variance. Contrasting the two types of evolvement inland, we find that spontaneous development has more character discipline of self-organized than development based on embedment. But many of our area policies adopt the latter, ignoring organic evolvement discipline.
