摘要
用系统动力学方法研究外资驱动型产业集群的演化及影响因素。借鉴马歇尔对集聚外部性的三种解释,从人力流、知识流和供应流三个方面建立因果回路图,分析影响产业集群效应的影响因素,并分析外资驱动型产业集群的系统动力学特征。人才流、知识流和供应流的良性循环是产业集群效应形成与放大的条件,而集群内外部的诸多不利因素则使集群走向衰退。无论是政府还是集群企业都应该识别集群的发展阶段以及集群风险,及时调整战略,促进企业及整个集群的良性发展。
The system dynamics methodology is applied to analyze industrial clusters driven by foreign investment in this paper.This study establishes dynamic models to detail the interactive relationships with the three important loops of industrial clusters,including manpower flows,knowledge flows and supply flows.In addition,this study analyzes the characteristics of industrial clusters driven by foreign investment.The positive influential factors promote the cluster development,while the cluster risks restrain the development of clusters,making the cluster decline.Both the government and the enterprises in the cluster should identify the cluster risks and adjust strategies to promote the development of clusters.
