摘要
目的用脑干听觉诱发电位方法检测Binswanger病的脑功能改变。方法对20例BD病患者2、0例非痴呆脑血管病患者2、0例老年健康人同时进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查。结果BAEP异常:BD病10例(50%),非痴呆脑血管病2例(10%),经统计学检查BD组BAEP与健康组、非痴呆脑血管病组有显著性差异,非痴呆脑血管病组与健康组无显著性差异。结论BAEP异常反应BD病患者有脑干功能受损和弥漫性脑功能障碍,并可作为BD病患者脑功能损害检查敏感指标,以及与非痴呆脑血管病患者鉴别诊断的一个辅助检查方法。
Objective Brainstem auditory evoked potentiats was used to detect the change of brain function in Binswanger＇s disase, Methods All recruits including 20 Binswanger disease （BD） patients,20 non - dementia cerebral vascular disease patients and 20 healthy control subjects of same age range were studied simultaneously with brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP）. Results The abnormal ratios of BAEP for BD patients were 10（50% ） ,while those fi,r non - dementia cerebral vascular disease patients were 2（ 1% ）, respectively With statistical test, there was an obvious difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） for BD patients but not for the non - dementia cerebral vascular disease patients. Conclusion BAEP abnormalities reflect brainstem damage and brain function impairment in patients with BD and BAEP examination can senstitively detect the presence of brain lesions in BD patients and differentiate BD from uncomplicated non - dementia cerebral vascular patients
