摘要
用彩色三维经颅多普勒检测72例国人颅底动脉的血流速度及脉动指数(PI),得出正常参考值,随着年龄增大,血流速度减慢,而PI增高。40岁以下与41岁以上年龄组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),其平均血流速度分别为:ACA50.4±9.7和48.3±9.8cm/s;MCA 65.8±11和57.4±13.2cm/s,PCA38.9±10.2和33.2±7cm/s,BA41.0±13.2和33.3±10.1cm/s等。40岁以下和41岁以上年龄组的PI_1分别为:ACA0.23±0.04和0.26±0.14;MCA0.21±0.03和0.24±0.05;PCA0.24±0.04和0.27±0.07;BA0.24±0.04和0.27±0.09等。男女及左右两侧间未见明显差异,本文还介绍了检测方法。
