摘要
目的探讨肝豆状核变性(Hepatolenticular Degeneration,HLD)骨关节损害的临床表现。方法测定26例HLD患者的骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)并与健康对照组比较,结合文献分析临床表现及X变化。结果HLD患者BMD较健康对照组显著降低,差异显著。结论BMD测定是HLD患者骨关节损害较为敏感、方便、精确、有价值的检查方法。
Objective To explore clinic manifastation of osteoarticular damage on hepatolenticular degeneration （ HLD, Wilson＇s disease）. Methods The detection of bone mineral density（BMD） in 26 cases patients with HLD and results control by health adult. The clinic characteristics. X- ray change were analysed by combining literatures. Results The values of BMD were significantly decrase in patient with HLD. Conclusion The detection of BMD is a more sensitive, convenient, precise and valuable method on discovery osteoarticular demage of HLD.
