摘要
根据全国各区域水资源状况、产业结构、城市规模、社会经济发展水平等因素,提出不同地区建设节水型社会的模式。分析总结了鞍山市水资源现状及开发利用中存在的问题,结合鞍山市节水型社会建设的实践,研究在重工业城市建设节水型社会的模式。
Based on water resources situation, industrial structure, city size, and social economic development of different regions in China, the modes of water-saving society construction in different regions were put forward. The situation and problems in the exploitation and utilization of water resources in Anshan City were analyzed and summarized. Taking Anshan City as a case, the water-saving society construction mode of heavy industrial cities was discussed.
