摘要
目的探讨氟康唑滴眼液联合复方两性霉素B滴眼液(主要成分为两性霉素B和利福平)治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾分析153例真菌性角膜溃疡患者采用氟康唑滴眼液联合复方两性霉素B滴眼液进行治疗的临床资料。结果153例患者中,治愈123例,好转20例,无效10例,治愈率80.39%,总有效率93.46%。结论氟康唑滴眼液联合复方两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡效果明显,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect to fungal corneal ulcer with fluconazole and compound amphotericin B which mainly include amphotericin B and rifampin. Methods The clinical data of 153 cases with fungal corneal ulcer who were treate with fluconazole and compound amphteriein B were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 153 cases, 123 cases were healed completely, 20 cases recoveryed partly and 10 cases were not controlled. The recoveryed rate was 80. 39% und the total effective rate was 93.46%. Conclusion＇ The therapeutic effect of fluconazole and compound amphotericin B on fungal corneal ulcer is significant, and it is worth popularizing.
