摘要 A new triterpenoid saponin, 21 β-angeloylprotoaescigenin-3β-O- [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- （1-3）]β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid 1, was isolated from the seeds of Aesculus assamica Griff. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. A new triterpenoid saponin, 21 β-angeloylprotoaescigenin-3β-O- [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- （1-3）]β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid 1, was isolated from the seeds of Aesculus assamica Griff. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis.
