摘要
本试验观察了前人未做过的ｓｔｅｉｎｅｒｎｅｍａｃａｒｐｏｃａｐｓａｅ线虫的两个品系Ａｇｒｉｏｔａｓ（Ａ２４）和Ｂｅｉｊｎｇ对光肩星天牛（ＡｎｏｐｌｏｐｈｏｒａｇｌａｂｒｉＰｅｎｎｉｓ）幼虫和蛹的侵染过程。天牛死亡症状及其致死效应，从而找出线虫对天牛致死机理及选出Ｂｅｉｊｎｇ品系的线虫优于Ａ２４品系，最佳施用浓度为５０００条／头。
In the experiment,the author observed the infective process,death symptom and lethel effect of two strains of eelworm,Agriotas(A24)and Beihing,to lavae and'pupae of Anoplophora glabripennis,found the lethal mechanism to the beatle,selectedBeijing strain which is better than A24,determined the best applied concentration,500eelworms/a beetle.
