摘要
合成了一种测定酶的新试剂荧光素单磷酸酯镁，通过元素分析、红外、热谱确证了其结构，并探讨了其生成机理。
A new reagent for the determination of acidic phosphatase was synthesized, its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, spectrum and TGDTA. The mechanism of formation was discussed.
