CRP、cTnI在急性冠脉综合征中的表达及临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的早期诊断方法及预后评价。方法:将132例冠心病患者分成3组,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)组41例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组52例,SA组39例,对照组选择同期住院的、相匹配的经冠脉造影排除冠心病者30例。超敏C-反应蛋白采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法定量测定,肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)采用固相层析免疫法定性测定。结果:ACS组与对照组的CRP含量及cTnI阳性率均明显高于其他各组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001或P<0.05)。结论:CRP和cTnI的高表达与急性冠脉综合征密切相关,为临床提供重要的参考依据。
