通过对2000名医院读者来馆阅读的统计分析,得出读者需求的特点、规律及发展趋势,提出图书馆提高读者满意度的对策。
Based on the analysis of 2000 hospital readers, it suggested a characteristic, a regularity and a development tendency of reader requirement, and to table the countermeasure of increasing the satisfaction degree of the reader.
