摘要
目的:对阜康阿魏染色体的核型进行分析研究。方法:根尖用0.000 2 mol.L-18-羟基喹啉处理3 h,卡诺固定液固定3 h,1 mol.L-1盐酸水解5 min,卡宝品红染色2 min,然后制片。结果:阜康阿魏染色体是二倍体,染色体数目为20,染色体核型公式为2n=16m+4sm。第4,10号染色体为近中着丝粒染色体,其余8对为中部着丝粒染色体。结论:核型类型为2A型,这是一种原始类型。
Objective： Study on the karyotypes analysis of Ferula fukanensis. Method： The young roots were treated with 0.0002 tool·L^- 18-Hydroxyquinoline for 3 h,camoy＇s for 3 h, 1 mol·L^-1HCI in 5 min,carbol fuchsin coloration for 2 rain and the treated roots were utilifted to make the plate for observation. Result： Tne fukanensis is diploid. Tne chromosome number of somatic cells was 2n= 22. The karyotype formula is 2n = 2x = 20 = 16m ＋ 4sin. The 4th and 10th are submetacentric, and the others are metacentric. Conclusion：The karyotype of F.fukanensis belongs to “2A”type of stebbins＇, and it is a primitive species.
